INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Information Technology is seen as an important part of the curriculum at Living Waters. The school has a fully equipped computer suite with 30 computers available for use by all classes. As well as this, between every two year 3-6 classes is a computer lab with 6 or 7 computers. The library / resource centre also has computers for both students and staff to use. Computer skills are taught at all year levels from Transition to year 6. The IT teacher works with classroom teachers supporting them in their use of IT to enhance the curriculum. Professional development of staff in the use of IT is seen as a priority and regular one on one or small group training sessions are held.
